چکیده
Nidularium minutum is an ornamental bromeliad from the Brazilian Rainforest. The micropropagation of this species essential for obtaining plants available conservation programs or commercial use. Our study aimed to establish efficient plant production method by in vitro sprouting. This takes a long time sprout vitro, and 10% produce shoots culture medium without growth regulators (PGRs). When subcultured PGR-free medium, these individualized can like mother plant. Murashige Skoog basal (MS) containing 1.0 mg L-1 6-benzylaminopurine (BAP) promoted induction adventitious greater than 90% after 240 days with average more eight per Approximately 100% vitro-produced survived acclimatization, reaching flowering stage. Therefore, our results showed that regeneration N. depends on cultivation period higher sprouting capacity be selected used as matrices, contributing endangered bromeliad.

This study investigates the gastroprotective effect of a crude ethanolic extract of Neoglaziovia variegata (Arruda) Mez (Bromeliaceae), designated Nv-EtOH, in experimental models of gastric ulcer. In the ethanol-induced gastric ulcer model, Nv-EtOH showed gastroprotection at doses of 200 and 400 mg/kg body weight (BW) (57.0% and 79.7%, respectively). Nv-EtOH also significantly reduced the forma...

Living organisms, from bacteria to vertebrates, are well known to generate sophisticated multicellular patterns. Numerous recent interdisciplinary studies have focused on the formation and regulation of these structures. Advances in automatized microscopy allow the time-resolved tracking of embryonic development at cellular resolution over an extended area covering most of the embryo. The resul...
متن کاملAnalysis of the chemotactic response during aggregation in Dictyostelium minutum.
Measurements on the chemotactic aggregation of the amoebae of the cellular slime mould Dictyostelium minutum are reported. With the aid of previous theoretical results, the observed patterns of early aggregation on 2- and 3-dimensional substrates are interpreted. There is no statistically significant difference in the patterns in the 2 cases. The results suggest that the simplest plausible chem...
متن کاملMorphogenetic Mechanisms of Endothelial Cells During Lumen Formation in Sprouting Angiogenesis
Different mechanisms such as cell migration, proliferation, branching, anastomosis, and lumen formation occur during the angiogenesis process. Lumen formation is one of the critical mechanisms which is not only necessary for the functional plexus but also for continuing of angiogenesis process. Although multiple studies investigated this mechanism during the angiogenesis process in both in vivo...
